Leek Tart is classic, easy to make and a general success. An appetizer, a side dish or a main course, it's always the best!
Ingredients: 1 pastry crust 3 eggs 1 spoon of olive oil salt and pepper |
1/ Let the leeks cook and reduce. Preheat your oven)
2/ In a salad bowl, mix the cream and the eggs until well blended. And add the leeks and the bacon, and the grated cheese.
Place this mixture on the bottom of the tart, add the rest of the grated cheese and leave to cook in the oven 35 to 40 minutes.
One of the things that I prefer. A little recipe can do no harm…
Ingredients (for 2 people) :
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 squash
- 1/2 eggplant
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 little garlic powder
- 1 small can of diced tomatoes
- A little basil
- Olive oil
Preparation :
Put the onions (finely chopped) in the oil, adding salt and pepper. Chop all the vegetables in small pieces, the peppers in fine strips.
First add the peppers. If the onions begin to dry out, add a little water. When the peppers being to heat (this will make a lot of steam), add the rest of the vegetables.
Add a good amount of olive oil and a little garlic. After 10 minutes, add the diced tomatoes.
Let the sauce reduce. Now, we are faced with 2 schools of thought: one that says 10 minutes is good (the tomatoes are not yet acidic) and the other that says 1 h 30 will do it (I am more partial to 10 mn) … From time to time add a little water and a little olive oil....
When everything seems to be well melted and good, turn off the fire and mix in the egg. Toss the egg with the vegetables and there you have it :)
